Delete Your Data

Noor ul Haya stores data locally on your device — not on our servers.

Because we do not operate user accounts or cloud storage, all your data can be removed directly from your Android device. No request to us is required.

Option 1: Clear App Data

1. Open Android Settings
2. Go to Apps → Noor ul Haya
3. Tap Storage
4. Tap Clear data or Clear storage

This removes all preferences, prayer tracker history, alarm settings, and Tasbih counts.

Option 2: Uninstall the App

Uninstalling Noor ul Haya permanently deletes all locally stored data associated with the App on your device.

What Gets Deleted

• Selected city and calculation preferences
• Prayer alarm toggles and schedules
• Daily prayer tracker marks
• Onboarding completion status
• Tasbih counter values
• All Hive and SharedPreferences data

What We Cannot Delete

We do not store your data on external servers, so there is no remote copy for us to delete. If you contacted us via email or GitHub Issues, those communications may be retained according to those platforms' policies.
